WHAT DO YOU NEED

  • 4 bananas (ripe)

  • 100 ml vegetable oil

  • 100 ml plant-based milk

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 75 grams coconut blossom sugar

  • 300 grams spelled flour

  • 1½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons ginger powder

  • a handful of chocolate callets

 

 

CONVENIENT TO HAVE

 

 

HOW TO 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  • Line the cake tin with a sheet of baking paper or grease the tin.

  • Mash three bananas with a fork in a large bowl and mix in the oil, apple cider vinegar and milk.

  • In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt, ginger powder and cinnamon.

  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients and add a handful of chocolate callets at the end.

  • Pour the batter into the cake tin.

  • Cut the fourth banana in half horizontally and place both halves on top of the batter.

  • Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown. 

  • Then let the bread cool.
