WHAT DO YOU NEED
4 bananas (ripe)
100 ml vegetable oil
100 ml plant-based milk
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
75 grams coconut blossom sugar
300 grams spelled flour
1½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons ginger powder
a handful of chocolate callets

HOW TO
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Line the cake tin with a sheet of baking paper or grease the tin.
Mash three bananas with a fork in a large bowl and mix in the oil, apple cider vinegar and milk.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt, ginger powder and cinnamon.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients and add a handful of chocolate callets at the end.
Pour the batter into the cake tin.
Cut the fourth banana in half horizontally and place both halves on top of the batter.
Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
Then let the bread cool.
